Law 6210: Advanced Estate Planning

The course is an intensive examination of estate tax planning, with an emphasis on drafting skills. Tax planning topics include: disposition interests in small businesses and farm properties, postmortem estate planning, and charitable transfers. Problems of divorced, migratory and nonresident clients are also addressed.
