President's Message

Welcome to the recently updated Alumni Association portion of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law's website.

Recognizing the importance of technology today, the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association has decided to significantly update the Association's website, in an effort to provide you with current information relating to the Law School, upcoming events for Alumni and the different ways in which you can serve or contribute to the Law School.

With this message, we have made the following improvements to our portion of the website:

• Letter from the Alumni Association President
• List of Current Officers and Directors
  We have updated the website to include current officers and directors, as well as their places of employment and contact information.
• Committees of the Board of Directors
  The website now includes basic information relating to the governance of the Board of Directors and its three Committees.
• Nomination Form for Election to the Board of Directors
  You can now nominate either yourself or others to serve on the Board of Directors by completing the Board of Director Nomination Form attached to the website.
• Alumnus of the Year
  You can now nominate an Alumnus of the Year by completing the Alumnus of the Year Nomination Form attached to the website.
• Past Alumnus of the Year honorees and other award recipients
  We have now created a section honoring the prior recipients of the Alumnus of the Year and Time and Talent Awards.
• Upcoming Events
  Check out our upcoming events section! You can not only view upcoming events, but can also register to attend the events online.
