Both teams advanced to the Octofinals on Saturday evening and competed against one another. Team II advanced to the finals, beating Pepperdine University in the semi-finals and Florida Coastal in the final round. Florida Coastal has won this tournament for the past several years.

The team’s Faculty Coach Professor Julie St. John said, “In fact, the general consensus among the bench was that this was the highest caliber of moot court competition that they have seen in a long time, if ever. As their faculty coach, I literally swelled with pride each time they took to the podium. What a fantastic start to our moot court season!”
