Teach Law in France

Each year, Detroit Mercy Law selects one graduate to serve as the French Scholar at the University d' Auvergne in Clermont Ferrand, France. This partnership has been in existence for over 30 years. The French Scholar teaches several American law courses over two semesters. The courses are selected by the Dean at the University d' Auvergne.

Applications for the French Scholar opportunity will be collected beginning each January

Qualifications: Must be a recent graduate. The ability to speak, read, and write French is preferred, but not required, as the French Scholar teaches in English.
