    Forming a Carpool

Complete the steps above for each vehicle that will be in the carpool. Determine who will be the group leader. The person designated as group leader will be the person who incurs the parking fee charge on their account. Carpool members will be responsible for any reimbursement to the carpool group leader. We are unable to divide parking charges between carpool members.

After the group leader has been issued a parking tag, the group leader may enter the email address of others who will join the carpool. The group leader’s parking tag will be added to those members and each member will receive a confirmation email when that happens.

A carpool group is not finalized until the group leader has been issued a parking tag number and permit.
