  Article Submission

  The University of Detroit Mercy Law Review invites the submission of unsolicited manuscripts dealing with all facets of the law and legal problems.

  Footnotes should conform to the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. To expedite the publication process, the editorial staff requests that both text and footnotes be double spaced.

  Electronic submissions of articles in Microsoft Word format are preferred through Scholastica but also may be sent via email to lawreview@udmercy.edu.

  Alternatively, hard copy manuscripts may be submitted by mail addressed to:
